Hey Matt, just dropping you this quick note to say again how much Dylan enjoys working with you. He's loving the current BPE session and loves working with Dan, too. You are doing GREAT work and I just wanted you to know that you are appreciated.

Joe, as I mentioned to you, RT2 is an amazing program just hitting its stride. The caliber of coaching is phenomenal, and I see every kid getting better.
Matt Keough is the pitching coach for the program and has done a lot for Charlie with respect to arm care/strengthening/mechanics. While Charlie is not a pitcher per se, I know that he can get on the mound and compete based on everything he’s learned from Matt. It’s made a world of difference in the past 12-months.

.... it's the kind of guy you've been all along. An honorable guy, building good relationships with these young men/boys. I appreciate it Matt.
And the boys are better for it.(They just don't know it yet)
I hope he had a detailed exchange with you. From your email to me it sounds like he's consistent with his thinking.
Please know your support hasn't been taken for granted. You've helped him in so many ways this past year. Seriously! Think about all the changes and growth he went through since winter workouts started 11/2018.
These players are all growing and it's important to develop non-parent, adult relationships. Keep it up sir, you're good at it.
Thanks again for the continued support!
Brian
Hey Matt,
Hope all is well with you! Dylan continues to really enjoy working with you at BPE/Rte. 2. We're thrilled he's part of the program. Thanks for all your work with him!
First and foremost -- I want to thank you both for being such fantastic coaches. You teach the boys in a positive, firm and fun way and as a parent I sure appreciate your style. They are learning important lessons about baseball and life -- and I love it. We have played on a few club teams and you two are by FAR the best coaches the boys have had. SO THANK YOU!

This 14U team has been great for him and he made many more games than I thought possible before the season started. You both have a great "voice" on the field and he has tremendous respect for you both.
He's lucky he had this opportunity and he'll be back at it as soon as he can, and I dare say, without the conflict of two teams and a weekend orchestra. That will all transfer to his new high school going forward. When it's time for RT2 baseball he'll be all in!!
I will see you this weekend but please know on this end we appreciate all you've done on and off the field for Sebastian. We look forward to the continued relationship.
Thank you again!
Thanks for the update, Matt. Appreciate the work you've been doing with Dylan. He has really enjoyed the program and it's got him motivated to workout with bands and do some of the other exercises here at home. I think it will certainly reflect in his performance this coming season!
We'll stay tuned about next year. Definitely would like to have D do some additional work with you before the season starts.
Best,
Tim
Hi Matt,
Thank you! We’re so lucky to have you as a coach.
Quick question: Since you ended the first round of arm care, should Charlie be taking a break, or did you tell the kids to keep doing exercises at home. I did not ask Charlie, but wanted to see what you communicated to the players.
Thanks!
Rob
Hey Matt,
D asked me to shoot you the update on his start last night. After a million rainouts, his Babe Ruth team finally had its first game of the season. He started and was supposed to go 50-60 pitches but didn't want to come out and ended up going 6 innings (complete game due to time limit). They beat the best team in the league -- town champs last year -- 5-1.
D was great again... he tired in the last inning, giving up 3 hits and a run, but the best thing about the outing was zero walks. His coach told him after the game it was one of the top 5 pitching performances he's seen at this level. I am more and more amazed by the leap he's taking this year. All three of his starts have been better than any of his outings last year. I know he's put in the work, but this would not have been possible without the guidance he got from you this winter. Can't thank you enough!
Hi Matt,
We just got Sebastian's video link tonight and he's very happy with it. He looks great and you really helped him get ready for it. We're really glad you guys made this happen.
This will be a nice addition to his application.
I really appreciate your help and availability making extra time at the facility for him.
The video clips look good and I'm thankful you took the time to splice them together as well!
Going into the new year we need to find a good schedule to keep him consistent with you. There will be a few days a week he's at the facility and the bubble between the Belmont team and the winter workouts so we'll need a good plan for his arm. But he definitely want to stay consistent before the spring arrives.
I hope you have some extra time off around the holiday and good plans for New year's Eve.
Thanks again for the help Matt.
Talk to you soon.
Brian
Hey Matt,
Sebastian already heard back from 4 of 6 coaches this morning with some very positive messages. Great news for him.
